A Mid Century British Air Corps Chest of Drawers. 
This 5 Drawer Oak chest of drawers was made for the Air Corps in 1962 by furniture makers Enham who, amongst other things also produced wooden gliders for the military during World War II. 
The chest of drawers features solid Oak handles, dovetail joints and smoothly running drawers. 
The chest has a solid Oak frame, hardwood drawer internals and Oak veneer fronts. 
It stands as a testament to quality British furniture making, with its classic and functional design.
