Returns
We advise customers to inspect items upon delivery, since we deliver everything ourselves you can be assured that items will not be damaged in transit.
If you have simply had a change of mind about your item we can cancel orders 24 hours before they are due to dispatch. After receipt you have 7 calendar days to return an item (in the exact same condition it was dispatched in) from the date you received it. * The initial delivery cost will not be refunded and it is the buyers responsibility to cover any costs to return their items to us.
*Returns are not accepted on custom painted to order items. Please read our full Terms & Conditions before purchasing

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
 You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. 
The original delivery costs will be deducted from your refund.
