If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


 We strongly advise customers to unwrap and check items upon delivery. 

Please be aware that if you have arranged your own courier service to collect your item from us, we accept no liability for loss or damage to your items whilst they are in the care of a third party. We advise you to check with your courier to ensure they insure furniture, antiques, or artwork.

If you have simply had a change of mind about your item then you have 7 calendar days to return an item (in the same condition it was shipped in) from the date you received it. *

*Returns are not accepted on commission/custom pieces unless they arrive defective. 


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

 You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non­ refundable. 

 The original delivery costs will be deducted from your refund.
